Commercial Director

As Commercial Director, Julian is responsible for sales, business development and finance functions. He is a seasoned executive with 20 years' experience in the banking, real estate and telecommunications industries.  Julian earned a BSc. Econ from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

George Nicholson

Technical Director

George holds overall responsibility for RennTek's operations and will lead the energy efficiency initiative design strategy from the mechanical engineering side. A mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he specializes in HVAC solutions for commercial and large residential facilities. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his position, in particular in the air conditioning and airflow areas and is known for his practical approach to problem-solving. He is an Honours Graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, University of The West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad.

Adam C. Clarke

Technical Director

Mr. Clarke is responsible for technical evaluation of client needs and establishing energy efficiency workstreams. He is a senior Aircraft/Avionics Engineer, and during a 26-year career in the US and European aviation industries he specialized in design/troubleshooting and maintenance of aircraft electrical and electronic systems including Power Generation, Pressurization and Environmental and Flight Control, Communications and Navigation systems. Mr. Clarke brings to bear his expertise for efficiency and extremely high technical standards of electric and electronic installation. Mr. Clarke is an Honours Graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida and holds Bachelors degrees in Aviation Technology and Avionics

Jelani Payne


Jelani works closely with Renntek’s principals to collect and analyze operational data to support Renntek’s engineering workstreams. He focuses on the completion of Energy Audits – ASHRAE Level I and II; Development and Analysis of Renewable Energy (RE) Studies and Reports, Solar/Wind Collection & Optimization Site Analysis, Energy Management Planning, Building Management Systems (BMS) & Energy Management Systems (EMS), Energy Cost Evaluations & Analysis, Project Management, Oversight and Assistance, Development and Implementation of Energy Efficiency (EE) & RE System Designs. Jelani holds an Associate Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Barbados Community College as well as a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering with Honours, from the University of The West Indies, St. Augustine, Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
